CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee). Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of the payments that have been made. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 30 days’ notice will result in 100% loss of all payment less any security deposit or cleaning fee. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing.

***If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with Hamilton Abode, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 relisting fee to make this adjustment.  

UNAVAILABILITY:

If for any reason beyond the control of Management, the Premises becomes unavailable, Management may substitute a comparable unit or cancel this Agreement and refund in full all payments made by the Guest.

Guests agree to pay for any flagrant damage to the units, excessive cleaning required at check-out, missing or damage to the units’ content, or any other accidental damage to anything beyond reasonable wear and tear within the rental unit during the rental period. Guests agree that any damages will be charged to the card on file.  There are insurance opportunities available for you to purchase.
