What are your rates?
Our rates vary depending on the season and availability. To get an accurate quote, please use the booking form, select your dates, and receive the latest rate information.
What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-in: 4 pm
- Check-out: 11 am
What is the minimum age requirement to rent Hamilton Abode?
The minimum age requirement is 25 for all adult members in your party, unless part of a family group. We enforce a strict no-party or gathering policy.
What supplies do I need to bring?
We provide startup supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, and tissues. Additional items may be needed based on the length of your stay. For convenience, you’ll find basic spices, coffee, and other essentials, as well as a small supply of forgotten items in the linen closet.
Are there any specific rules regarding the septic system?
Yes, as the home operates on a septic system, please only flush Scott’s toilet paper and avoid disposing of items like feminine hygiene products, Q-tips, or wipes in the toilet. In the kitchen, please avoid placing food debris, cooking oils, and coffee grounds down the drain.
Which areas do we have access to?
You’ll have access to the entire top floor of the home, along with a private back deck, Blackstone grill, firepit, and a charming front porch. Please note that there are two locked owner’s closets in the common room that are not accessible to guests.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, we allow up to two dogs, with a case-by-case consideration for a third pet. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 per pet applies. Please keep gates closed, as the property is not fully fenced and wildlife like deer and coyotes may be around. Cats are allowed on a case-by-case basis.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana) is prohibited on the entire property.
How do I access the home?
Your stay is contactless! You will receive check-in instructions, including a code or mobile app for entry, the afternoon before your arrival.
How much contact is there with the host?
We’re available to you via phone or message and typically respond within minutes during business hours. Overnight, responses may be delayed until morning unless it’s an emergency, in which case please call 911 first and then leave us a message.
What if there’s an emergency or maintenance issue?
We reserve the right to access the property with a minimum of 4 hours’ notice, except in emergencies. Occasionally, unscheduled maintenance may be required, but we strive to minimize any disruptions.
Are there cameras on the property?
Yes, for guest safety, there are exterior cameras located at the front porch and driveway. These are for security purposes only, and recordings are automatically deleted after 30 days.
Can I book a stay for my kids or friends if I won’t be there?
No, third-party reservations are strictly prohibited. The guest who made the reservation must occupy the home for the entire stay. Unauthorized guests will be removed, and the reservation canceled without refund.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials, including a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and BBQ utensils. There’s also a 36-inch Blackstone grill and a dining table along with a kitchen island for extra seating.
How many people can sleep here?
Hamilton Abode comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests with a variety of sleeping options, including multiple queen and king beds, twin beds, a trundle bed, foldable beds, and twin air mattresses.
What entertainment options are available?
The home features ROKU smart TVs in various rooms, board games for all ages, children’s books, and other reading material for a relaxing, fun-filled stay.
Are there any laundry facilities?
Yes, there is an in-unit washer and dryer, with laundry pods, an ironing board, iron, and hangers provided. We also offer coolers for guest use during your stay.
What kind of beds and bedrooms are available?
The master bedroom includes two queen beds, a king bed, a crib, and a gas fireplace, while the guest bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed. There’s also a trundle bed with two twins in the living room and additional blow-up mattresses and foldable beds.
What bathroom facilities are there?
Hamilton Abode has two and a half bathrooms, including a master bath with an oversized shower, jacuzzi tub, and private toilet. The second bathroom offers a shower, double vanities, and a shared half bath.
Do you provide basic toiletries?
Yes, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, and toilet paper. Additional items are available in the linen closet basket for forgotten essentials.
What outdoor amenities are available?
The property features a large private deck, a 36-inch Blackstone, gas fire pit, outdoor seating, and both charcoal and gas grills. The front yard is fenced for extra privacy.
Are there security cameras on-site?
Yes, security cameras are placed on the exterior of the home for guest safety. There are no interior cameras, ensuring your privacy.
What if I forget something?

Can we use the fireplaces?
